The Problem

It started with a question:

Why do creators, those who build culture, shape conversations, and move audiences, still have so little control over their platforms?

Floods Networking was born from that frustration. As founders, we saw creators being put into algorithms, buried under ad models they didn’t choose, and forced to chase engagement metrics that didn’t reflect their value. We believed there had to be a better way. One where creators could own their audience, their monetization, and their identity.
